This is an oil pan guard, a wonderful upgrade on any Spider of this era that can preempt expensive repairs.

There are signs of an old repair over the driver's side rear wheel, and a few rust bubbles.

The car was repainted a few years back, but the paint is somewhat dull, and has rock chips. There is also a tiny dent in the nose. bumpers are really sharp, though, and all exterior trim is in decent shape.

In addition to the spare tire and gas tank which were recently replaced, this car has a Stebro stainless exhaust! This is a $700+ system, for the center and rear muffler. Sounds great and boosts horsepower output. Being stainless steel it should never rust out.

This car does need rust work done. Here is one shot inside a front wheel well to give you an idea of the extent of the rust that isn't visible with the wheels on.

SOLD! Summer 2006. Sherry's 1993 Spider Veloce Automatico, 36,000 miles. Appraised spring 2006 at $17,000. Sold that summer for $13,800. Near perfect, red with black leather, CD stereo, $2,000 custom alarm with power door locks (!), new cloth top, matching factory hardtop, new Pirellis. Only 650 Spiders were sold here in 1993 (less than 50 of them automatics), the final year of production. Less than 200 Automatico Spiders were ever made. This is one rare puppy! Now living the good life in Miami, Fla.
